Commissioning a Portrait

  
Specific requirements should include as much information as possible. Images and instructions can be sent via post, e-mail or discussed first over the telephone. If you wish to schedule a meeting prior to work commencing there will be an additional cost depending on distance from studio and time taken.

  • Contact Steven via e-mail, post or telephone, supplying details of:
Size of Portrait. (See table below for sizes and prices)
Number of subjects (please clearly distinguish between any photo's supplied if Portrait contains two or more subjects).
Photograph(s).
Date required.
Canvas Depth (38mm box canvas or 20mm if you are planning to frame).
Your contact details, e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address.

Price Guide - All sizes are approximate and specific sizes can be requested.

  • On recieving your images and details, Steven will provide a visual of how your portrait will look and an accurate quotation for the work which will be valid for 30 days.

  • On placing your order a 40% deposit will be required.

  • A 4-week timescale is generally sufficient to complete a portrait, however this depends on workload and it is advisable to place an order 10 weeks in advance of any specific date required.

  • On completion you will recieve approximately 3 -4 days notice before it is ready for collection or ready for postage.

  • There is no charge for postage of a single Painting ( UK Mainland ).

  • Payment will be due on completion and approval of the Painting. Payments by cheque will be required to clear before dispatch or handover.
